What is a 7-segment display Arduino?

While a 7 segment display may be used with an Arduino, they aren't the same thing.

They’re usually a display made of bar shaped leds, arranged in a block 8 pattern, usually with a full stop. By illuminating different bars, numbers from 0–9 may be approximated.
